A note from Mrs. Beekman.....
Welcome to kindergarten! This year is full of many
exciting happenings. The most exciting event is that we
have moved. So come find your room across from the
cafeteria and share the fun with me. You will be
enjoying many fun activities this six weeks. You will
have a chance to be an author and illustrator of your
own books. You will also have a chance to be a
detective and solving the mystery of the “guessing
box”. Have you ever made a mouse to eat? If not you
will have the opportunity. We will learn how to make
friends and how to be a good friend. It will be a great
six weeks.

A note from Mrs. Gentry......
"Kindergarten!!! This is the start
of something new for all of us. The
first six weeks promises many
delightful learning adventures that
will help build a strong
mathematical foundation by
developing whole-number concepts and
using patterns and sorting to
explore numbers, data, and shapes.
Math and science connections within
and outside the classroom as well as
through technology will provide
students with opportunities to not
only observe but be an active part
of their education. I am looking
forward to being a part of a great
class and a spectacular year."
